Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress. She gained prominence between the end of the 1970s and early 1980s by playing in numerous television shows that usually reflected a glamorous look. Fairchild's acting career started in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. Fairchild began her career as Jennifer Pace on CBS's daytime soap search for tomorrow. She portrayed Jenna Wade for the first time in the year 1978. Following that she was cast in the lead part on the NBC soap opera Flamingo Road. (For this series she received a Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress for Television Series - Drama. The show was a short run on ABC's primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild performed on stage and was a regular character in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown.
