Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. Her childhood was filled having big hopes. Her greatest roles are the spy action film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol and the drama Precious. Her family was a middle class one living in Los Angeles, she harboured big dreams as a child. Her mother enjoyed watching films and instilled a passion for films in the young girl and also. Paula took part in school co-curricular events, and she was especially interested in drama. Paula loved acting with friends, and she participated in the school's stage productions. She performed in numerous high school plays at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to take up acting as a profession. She was part of The University of Southern California's Summer program and enjoyed tremendously. She was offered a contract for three months to make documentaries on PBS. After completing the project with success, she began working as an assistant for TV documentary production. When she was done with her work, she started producing documentary films. Though she loved her job but she always dreamed of becoming an actress. She started her career in acting by playing Will Smith's co-star in romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she has been in numerous famous television and film productions.
